Ekitai Solutions is a professional translation company offering human-translated content in 120+ languages and dialects across 30+ industries. Every project runs through our TEP process — Translation, Editing, and Proofreading — supported by CAT tools including Trados, memoQ, and XTM, and backed by 24/7 project management.

We work exclusively with native-speaking, subject-matter-qualified translators rather than relying on machine translation alone, because accurate translation requires understanding tone, context, and cultural nuance — not just word-for-word conversion. This produces translations that read naturally to your target audience while staying faithful to your source content.

What Is the Difference Between Translation and Interpreting?

Translation converts written text from one language into another, giving the translator time to research terminology and refine wording for accuracy. Interpreting converts spoken language in real time, during live conversations, meetings, or events, and relies on the interpreter’s ability to render meaning instantly without pausing to revise. Ekitai provides written translation services; for live spoken-language support, ask about our interpreting partners.

NO MATTER WHAT INDUSTRY YOU WORK IN, WE CAN PROVIDE TRANSLATION SERVICE THAT CAN HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS AND CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE.

Transforming the World of Professional Translation

We work only with native-speaking, subject-matter-qualified human translators rather than relying primarily on machine translation, and every project goes through a three-stage Translate-Edit-Proofread process. We serve clients of any size, from small nonprofits to global enterprises, with dedicated project management and no minimum long-term contract required.

Translation is written and asynchronous — the translator has time to research and refine terminology. Interpreting is spoken and happens in real time during live events or conversations. Ekitai specializes in written translation; ask us about interpreting support for live events.

Advance access lets interpreters prepare terminology, understand technical or company-specific language, and research the subject matter, which improves accuracy and reduces hesitation during live interpretation. This is a best practice we recommend even when interpreting is arranged through a partner.

Cost depends on language pair, word count, subject-matter complexity, and turnaround time. Fill out our quotation form for a free, no-obligation quote — most quotes are returned within one business day.

Turnaround depends on document length and language pair, but standard documents (under 2,000 words) are typically completed within 2–3 business days. Rush turnaround is available; specify your deadline when requesting a quote.

Every project goes through our TEP workflow: an initial translator, a separate editor who reviews against the source text, and a proofreader who checks the final output. We also maintain client-specific glossaries and Translation Memory to keep terminology consistent across projects.

Our core translation service is human-translated, not machine-generated. We separately offer Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) for clients who specifically want a machine-translation-plus-human-review workflow at lower cost — see MTPE services.

We provide translation in more than 120 languages and dialects, covering major world languages as well as regional and less commonly requested languages. Contact us to confirm availability for a specific language pair.
