Project Executive Required

Ekitai is an emerging translation service provider with head office in New Delhi, India, and branch offices in UAE, USA, and Canada. We offer a wide range of language solutions to global clients with effective communication in their native language.

EKITAI Solutions offers expert translation and localization services such as transcription, voice-over, subtitling, dubbing, and other customized language-solution services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Running and managing the translation projects from initial planning to delivery of projects lasting from a couple of hours to months.
• Putting together rock star teams of freelance translators and editors based on project needs
• Managing translators to ensure quality and adherence to timeline on all projects
• Establishing and maintaining a project budget
• Develop project status reports for customers and colleagues.
• Organizing and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients
• Ensure projects are completed and delivered to clients within the timeline and with ultimate attention to quality.
• Providing support for translators.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

• Fluency in English is essential
• Bachelors degree
• Proven multi-tasking skills, ability to work under strict deadlines
• Fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies
• Common sense with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Good at interacting with people, ability to work within a team and by yourself
• Ability to work well with translators from different cultures and time zones
• Performs well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects and translators at the same time.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
